I will do my best to bring everyone up to speed on our little family...
Rowan has been having a really tough little time these past couple weeks...
His croup is now just lingering, almost better, thank goodness...
Sadly when the croup started to subside he started having belly issues..
There is nothing worse than having a newborn with an ouchy tummy full of gas...
With these two ailments sleep has become a thing I day dream about...
So last weekend I was so blessed with Mom's help...
Todd and I went up on Friday night and stayed until Sunday evening...
I was able to get more rest than I've had in a long time...
Rowan sure loves his Grandma...
Todd and I also got some much needed Husband/Wife time...
Cuddling taking naps together, jacuzzi time, conversations without baby interruptions...
It was so nice...
:-)
This is how you could find Mom and Rowan for a good majority of the weekend...
So cute...

Here's Rowan passed out on the Boppy after I nursed him...
:-)

Rowan also got lot's of Daddy time...
Here our my favorite men in the whole wide world...
Aren't they handsome???

After changing him on Saturday night, Rowan stayed on the changing pad contently for almost an hour while Mom, Grandma, Todd, and I sat around him and chatted...
He loved Mom's center piece and stared at that for quite a long time...

He's also getting coordination with his eyes and hands...
As you can see here, he reached for Daddy's goatee and grabbed on...

Rowan had some swing time...

And even fell asleep for a while...
Which was a really big deal at the time...
Ughh baby gas is the pits...
Here is a cute baby yawn...

I got to spend lots of time with sweet Whistles...
Who is doing so good after his surgery...

Here is my favorite picture of him...
Look at those cute bottom teeth...

Whistles sat very patiently on the deck with Todd and I while we fed one of Mom's squirrels...

Todd and I fell in love with this little guy...
And because of that he probably ate half of his body weight in peanuts...

We also got to spend lots of time with Grandma...

Family time is priceless..
We left Mom's charged and refreshed...

Anyone would be refreshed sleeping on Mom's super cozy king size bed...
Even Rowan took advantage...

Thank you Mom for an awesome weekend...
:-)
So we came home Sunday evening...
Monday afternoon I had a Doctor's appointment...
So Aunt Edie saved the day by picking up Gracie from school and taking her back to her house so I didn't' have to have two kiddos waiting and super bored at the Doctor's....
After Todd got off work and my Doctor's appointment was finished we headed over there to pick up Gracie...

Rowan got some snuggle time with Aunt Edie and Uncle Ray while Todd and I ate a delicious dinner that Aunt Edie made us...

Wednesday Mom and Grandma came down and brought us dinner...
Awww so thankful, there is nothing better than Mimi's Cafe in my livingroom...
:-)
After we ate we went to Costco and got our Costco cards...
Thanks Mom!!!
Now we can buy things in bulk!!!

Can you believe it, Rowan has now graduated to size 2 diapers...
And another shock is all of this will only last a little over 3 weeks!!!
Yesterday Gracie, Rowan, and I took our Thursday afternoon trip to Aunt Edie and Uncle Ray's...

Rowan and Gracie got lot's of snuggle time with Aunt Edie and Uncle Ray...
And thank the lord Rowan is feeling much better....
MYLICON Infant Gas Drops you are a gift from God...
:-)
Well that is our past week in a nutshell...
The furry kids are doing great...

Gracie got her Spring pictures back from school yesterday...

And she also received a card in the mail from Grandma Donna and Great Grandma Florence congratulating her on her recent awards in school...
Here she is reading it all by herself...

Hopefully I will get better about blogging...
Just been so darn busy and exhausted lately...
I will end this post with an alert picture of our little man...

Hope this finds everyone smiling,
Big Hugs,
